The Human Body is a Replica of the
Veda
Prof. Tony Nader, M.D., Ph.D., comments on
Maharishi's Vedic Vibration Technology.
 Vedic methods to provide relief from disease have recently been made
available by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. One of the main Vedic technologies
that Maharishi introduced has shown remarkably high incidence of immediate
benefits in patients with chronic disorders. This aspect of Maharishi's
Vedic Approach to Health is called Maharishi's Vedic Vibration Technology.
The fundamental knowledge at the basis of Maharishi's Vedic Vibration
Technology is an age-old system of relieving disease brought to light by
Maharishi in his Vedic Science, the science of consciousness, which is the
total knowledge of Natural Law available in the ancient Veda and Vedic
literature.
My recent scientific discovery under Maharishi's guidance brings out a
precise relationship between the structures and functions of the different
aspects of the Vedic literature and the structures and functions of the
human physiology, leading to the conclusion that the human
body is a replica of the Veda. The sounds of the Veda are the
intelligence that structures the human physiology. These sounds are used
in Maharishi's Vedic Vibration Technology to enliven the orderly
functioning of the physiology, and thereby relieve pain.
Individuals with a wide range of disorders, including migraine,
headache, arthritis, back pain, neurologic disorders and chronic
gastrointestinal pain, received consultations with experts in this
technology. We conducted preliminary studies on participants suffering
from these chronic disorders.
The results were remarkable. In many cases the results were immediate
and produced a high degree of relief of symptoms. Fifty to 100 percent
relief was reported by many. The duration of disease appeared to be no
barrier to producing relief, which differs from the usual experience.
Furthermore, since this instantaneous relief requires no
pharmacological agents, it is free from harmful side effects. This absence
of negative side-effects is highly unusual in modern medicine and science.
Maharishi's Vedic Vibration Technology can be explained by the latest
findings and theories of modern science. It is systematic and produces
measurable, reliable, and repeatable effects, and is therefore scientific.
Mechanism of action
From the perspective of Maharishi's Vedic Science, the human physiology
is an expression of the fundamental structures of Natural Law, which not
only underlie the structures and orderly functioning of the body, but also
underlie and govern the orderly functioning of the entire universe. These
laws exist in an unmanifest form in an unmanifest field of intelligence
called Atma in Vedic terminology. Modern quantum field theory describes
this field of intelligence as the Unified Field of Natural Law.
As the laws of nature express themselves in material creation, they
first emerge as waves. These dynamic waves in their subtle expression are
available in the sounds of Veda and the Vedic literature. From this
perspective, all matter, including cells, tissues, organs and the entire
physiology are based on these vibrations of Natural Law. The sounds of
Veda are the intelligence at the basis of the physiology.
The principles describing the transformation of one condition of the
physiology into another condition are also available in the Veda and the
Vedic literature. These principles explain that at the level of the field
of pure intelligence, the transformations of one sound into another are
the mechanics of the transformations of Natural Law responsible for
evolutionary processes in nature.
Maharishi's Vedic Vibration Technology uses the knowledge of these
principles and of the specific sounds of Veda and the Vedic literature
corresponding to specific parts of the physiology. Using the proper sound
and technology, the expert enlivens the intelligence at the basis of that
part of the physiology to transform disorderly functioning into orderly
functioning.
The most advanced areas of quantum field theory and non-linear
dynamics, as found in self-organization theories and chaos theory of
modern science, also help to understand how disorder (in this case
disease) can be instantly transformed into order (health).
Maharishi's Vedic Vibration Technology is one of many technologies
available in Maharishi's Vedic Approach to Health, which, in view of its
results, appears to shape the future direction of modern medical care.
